ABOUT THIS ROLE
As an iOS Developer, it’s up to you to define, design and refine the tech that keeps us one step ahead of listeners. Anticipate. Innovate. We’re looking for creative, open-minded iOS software development engineers to help build technologies that continuously improve the Audible listening experience. While focusing on iOS development, you’ll build and scale mobile software, and coordinate cross-functionally by integrating new features, maintaining high performance, and creating intuitive interfaces. Our team is working on building native iOS products, without compromising compatibility with various iOS devices in an agile environment. As an iOS Developer, you will...
Develop, and test software components and applications for one of the largest creator and provider of audiobooks in the world.
Work on an agile engineering team writing maintainable and scalable code for software components.
Collaborate with stakeholders to imagine, design, develop, test, and launch software that impacts our customers and inspires your peers.
Apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering and analysis to solve problems of moderate scope.
Continuously improve the testability, operational excellence (OE), and documentation of the software components owned by your team.
Classify, store, and handle data in accordance with company policies.
Identify and resolve software defects by reviewing code errors, log files, metrics, using debug functions, and other troubleshooting techniques.
Participate in the interview process and mentor other engineers.
Basic Qualifications
Programming experience with one or more modern languages (e.g., Java, C++, C#), including object-oriented design.
Experience with Computer Science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.
1+ years of experience in Objective-C or Swift.
Working knowledge of dependency injection, operations/promises, and modular development.
Preferred Qualifications
Recent experience building enterprise-scale mobile applications.
Experience building mobile UI with UIKit, especially Auto Layout and related SDKs, including use of storyboard and animations.
Background in synchronizing information across devices with support for offline transactions.
Competency in automation, enthusiasm for continuous integration/deployment or Chaos Engineering.
Experience with coding practices including design, unit testing, peer code reviews and a preference for agile methods.
Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices including coding standards, source code management & build processes.

About the job:
As an iOS developer you would be responsible for building scalable mobile applications. You will be developing the application related to LiDAR cloud point data and visualization and segmentation of instances in the 3D scene.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Speak to stakeholders and build the product.
Work closely with the data scientist and machine learning engineers to present data in the desired format.
Build quick prototypes for the business and stakeholders.
Deliver ideas and ways to handle LiDAR data and perform segmentation of instances without using a backend computer.
Develop iOS applications that can scan and capture the RGB-D, cloud point data using swift.
Qualifications:
2+ years of iOS developer experience with swift language.
Good understanding of LiDAR, RGB-D data and cloud points.
Good understanding of creating 3D mesh out of the LiDAR depth data.
Sound knowledge of REST API(s).
Sound knowledge of iOS UI components.
Good knowledge of design patterns such as VIPER or MVVM.
Must be able to build preview modes of the LIDAR data.
Sound knowledge of RealityKit and SceneKit.

Role and Responsibilities:
Perform technical design and implementation of complex iOS applications with SWIFT
Review client requirements, wire frames, and designs for technical feasibility, then work with the scrum team to translate these into user stories that can be implemented
